The DATA, IMAGES AND AUDIO made available as a result of the events and various materials, in virtual and in-person/concrete format, hereinafter referred to as events and various materials, made available by the National Institute for Research and Promotion of Human Rights – INPPDH, co-organizing entity of the Congress Coimbra Human Rights International – (CIDHCoimbra) in any space or platform, whether on its website, its event platform, its social networks or in in-person events/stores, follow the following Privacy Policy, on which the express AGREEMENT of the ACQUIRER (volunteer, associate, client, partner, collaborator, employee, lecturer, etc.) as a condition to enjoy them partially or totally.

• MAIN AND ADDITIONAL PRIVACY POLICIES

 

1. The events and various materials made available or sold by INPPDH are subject, in addition to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, to specific privacy policies of commercial partners involved in the specific service/product, also to the Terms of Use, to the provisions established in the Contract Specific and the existing Additional Contracts for each specific service and material.

2. The Terms of Use, Main and Additional Agreements will always be available when purchasing events and various materials.

3. It is the ACQUIRER's duty to follow the necessary procedures indicated in such Privacy policies, Terms and Main and Additional Contracts, with such documents forming a single contract in force between the parties.

4. Through this Privacy Policy, the data collected by INPPDH in the sale or free availability of its events and various materials may be used, within ethical and legal parameters, to promote its products, services and to measure habits /configuration, consumption and living/coexistence preferences.

 
5. The information provided and the information collected during the use of our services and products are stored with maximum security in the association's internal records and can be used whenever necessary.

6. INPPDH uses various technologies to collect and store information, such as internal records, excel spreadsheets, login/password, cookies, pixel tags, local storage (National Institute for Research and Promotion of Human Rights R. Dr. Ruy Vicente de Mello, No. 444, Cidade Universitária Campinas/SP – CEP 13.083-745) as web browser storage (www.inppdh.com.br) or application data caches, databases and server logs.

7. Within the limits of the General Data Protection Law - LGPD, INPPDH is granted the possibility to upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our services and products, in addition to the right to use, host, store , reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes), communicate, publish, perform, publicly display and distribute such content.
