PARTIAL EXEMPTION FROM THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR UNDERGRADUATES

The Organizing Committee of the Congress will grant partial exemption   from payment of the registration fee to 10 authors|as or co-authors|as who had their Abstract approved at the VII Coimbra International Conference on Human Rights and who are enrolled in an undergraduate course at a Higher Education Institution (the exemption corresponds to 50% of the fee for students).  The registrations to receive the exemption from the registration fee must be made in 25th of July to the date of 31st of July 2022.

To select the authors and co-authors, the Organizing Committee will evaluate the respective Abstracts approved in the Thematic Symposia of the Congress, according to the following criteria: relevance of the theme; identification of the research problem; study objectives; methodology; relevance of the expected/obtained results. The publication of the list of authors and co-authors exempt from the Congress registration fee will be presented until August 5, 2022.

Authors not covered by the exemption from the registration fee may also register for the Congress by paying the full amount of the fee, in accordance with the rules set out in the 2022 Abstracts Call Notice.
